Please read the following terms and conditions which details the full extent of the agreement between you and First Cosmetics Ltd, with regard to this site.
Once you place an order, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:- First Cosmetics Ltd is the owner of this website and its address is 68a Hampton Road, Warwick, Warickshire, CV346JW sales@firstcosmetics.co.uk. By ordering from this site, you are accepting a contract for purchases that are for your own private and domestic use only. You agree that email is an accepted form of long distance communication, which will be the primary method of correspondence.
As such, no contract for the sale of any product exists until First Cosmetics Ltd confirms acceptance of your order by email confirming receipt of payment in full for the goods ordered. This email issues First Cosmetics Ltd’s acceptance of your order (or a 3rd party acting on your behalf) and it is also accepted that this has been communicated to you at the time First Cosmetics Ltd sends the confirmation email. This remains the case, regardless as to whether or not you receive the said confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain information relevant to your order and also statutory information concerning your contract and will provide a link to our terms and conditions. You should check your order details are correct and print a copy of the confirmation email for your records.
You agree that all details your provide to First Cosmetics Ltd in support of your purchase are correct and that the credit or debit card used is your own card and that it will cover the cost of your order. Furthermore, should any of the details supplied change, it is your responsibility to inform First Cosmetics Ltd as soon as possible.
First Cosmetics Ltd will handle your credit or debit card details in the strictest of confidence. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases you make are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds/Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to you order being processed by contacting First Cosmetics Ltd by email:sales@rfirstcosmetics.co.uk. In addition, you may also withdraw from the contract after the product has been dispatched and you received our confirmation email, at any time but no longer than 7 working days from the day after you received the goods by the following methods:-
– send notice of cancellation by email to sales@firstcosmetics.co.uk, including your name, address and order reference numbers etc.
– if you have already received your order, return the goods unopened and in their original condition within 30 working days.
Once First Cosmetics Ltd receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with the terms detailed here) any amount debited to First Cosmetics Ltd from your credit or debit card with regard to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. This is subject to goods you wish to return being received by First Cosmetics Ltd in the original condition they were in when delivered to you.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify First Cosmetics Ltd within 3 days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the First Cosmetics Ltd to collect faulty Goods if the items are large, otherwise the Goods shall be returned by you to the First Cosmetics Ltd and the you shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from First Cosmetics Ltd
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, you have the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing First Cosmetics Ltd in writing or by email within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned along with all original packaging at your expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation.
Liability
This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, First Cosmetics Ltd does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from First Cosmetics Ltd ‘s negligence or wilful default, or that of First Cosmetics Ltd ‘s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. First Cosmetics Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Cosmetics Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETERNAL COSMECUETICALS LTD IS PROVIDING THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, ETERNAL COSMECUETICALS LTD DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order confirmation, First Cosmetics Ltd shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify First Cosmetics Ltd of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
First Cosmetics Ltd does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of any products or services purchased from First Cosmetics Ltd. First Cosmetics Ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim. Processing of orders Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by First Cosmetics Ltd.
All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and £5.95 is charged for delivery unless otherwise stated. Deliveries to non mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional shipping charges.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.
First Cosmetics Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order but please allow one week before contacting us to track your item. Due to fluctuations in demand, there may be a delay in shipping your order – please allow up to 28 days. Some items may be unavailable, First Cosmetics Ltd is not able to supply dates when an item will come back into stock.The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the order confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalements. If your delivery address is outside of the UK you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; First Cosmetics Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. First Cosmetics Ltd tracks the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on rxcosmetics.co.uk to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
First Cosmetics Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. When First Cosmetics Ltd does so, First Cosmetics Ltd will mention the fact on our home page (firstcosmetics.co.uk). All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website on-wards will be governed by those new terms. These terms and conditions shall apply when First Cosmetics Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between First Cosmetics Ltd and you relating to your purchase. First Cosmetics Ltd advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by First Cosmetics Ltd. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
